Hashbrown Egg Casserole

That’s right, you guessed it… BONUS POST! There is nothing I love more when it comes to cooking then meals that take almost zero effort but yet turn out super deliciously yummy. This bonus post is one of those recipes. This hash brown egg casserole is seriously delicious. Like too delicious to have been this easy. Except it is. Because there are only a handful of ingredients and all you have to do is pour it in a casserole dish and bake it. YES!


 

Hashbrown Egg Casserole

What You Need

10 eggs, whisked

3 cups shredded hash browns

1 cup yellow peppers, diced into small pieces

1 yellow onion, diced

1 package pre-cooked breakfast sausage, diced

2 cups cheese

2 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp sea salt

1 tsp pepper

1 tsp paprika

What To Do

Preheat oven to 350. Grease a medium size glass baking dish with olive oil spray. Line the bottom with hash browns, cover the entire bottom of the dish. In a separate bowl, mix all other ingredients (except cheese). Pour the egg mixture on top of the hash browns then top with cheese. Bake at 350 for approximately 40 – 45 minutes.

Here you have a delicious egg bake with a hashbrown crust. Yum!
